The DRA – “Design Review Agency” has given Massimo Modular full approval meeting the California Industrialized Building Code. Meeting R1 Hotel / AirBNB, Single Family, and ADU classifications. Massimo Modular has broke the mold when it comes to building standards for Tiny Homes and Prefabricated Homes. DRA reviews all designs, plans, specifications, calculations, compliance control programs, on-site construction documentation or specifications, and other documents as necessary to assure compliance with the mandatory building codes in accordance with the interpretations, instructions, and determinations of the State, City, or County.
